MY STORY
Hey there! My name Is Katherine Smith, owner and founder of Supernatural Photography. I reside in Springfield, MO but also travel for destination weddings & elopements. I love to travel, get creative & make adventures! I am a wife to a wonderful goofy husband, and a mother to 6 gorgeous crazy children. Abiyah is the oldest gal there, next is Uriyah, Zion (our only red head!), Minette, Fia & Esme! So as you can imagine, there's never a dull moment for us!
My photography journey first started when I was about 15. I suffered from depression and unhealthy relationships at a young age, so I started to pursue the idea of photography to express myself. My passion grew & grew throughout my teen years. As my life has matured, so has my skill. With God's help & my hard work, I'm so proud to be where I am today in my business. It hasn't been easy, but this is my passion & its worth it. Your dreams are always worth taking a risk for, friends.
The power of a photographer is such a gift I'm thankful to give. Those precious moments that we skip past every day, that we even take for granted sometimes (totally guilty over here). Those times we swear we will remember every little detail, but gradually it fades away into a drifted memory. I can help seal those moments forever. That, is what I live for.
